This controller is also called RFB-100 SCR Regulator with Firing Control, all packaged for a single phase operation. Options are available for 120/240/480 VAC input connection. Z bracket can be purchased separately. Details are shown below:

Single Phase SCR Controller with Regulator
Hybird Bridge Configuration is required for RFB 100
An application with DC Power Supply using SCR-Diode Hybrid bridge is shown below. The RFB 100 provides the SCR control. A 120 or 240 or 480 VAC, single phase, 60 Hz is applied at the AC input. The rectifier bridge is made of two SCRs and two diodes. These are selected according to the voltage and current requirements at the DC output. The power transformer provides the step-up or step-down of the AC input. The “Voltage Adjust” allows the DC output to vary from 0 to maximum DC voltage. The “Current Adjust” allows the capability to limit the current to a certain value from the maximum. R46 (feed back resistor) is selected to provide full scale capability to the power supply. The “C” capacitor is selected to reduce the output ripple. The “R” bleeder resistor allows the path for discharge of the capacitor “C” at power shutoff.
