OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- INSERT LINE PLUG INTO A STANDARD 3 PRONG 120 VOLT A.C. RECEPTACLE.
- CHECK TO SEE THAT BOTH THE VOLTAGE CONTROLS, IN THE LEAKAGE SECTION AND GATING SECTION, ARE TURNED TO ZERO.
